Tassos C. Kyriakides

I am currently an Assistant Professor at the Yale School of Public Health and Director of the VA Cooperative Studies Program and have over 25 years experience in research, leading pivotal clinical trials in several disease areas.

I am the co-chair of the Yale Olive Oil and Health Symposium annual series and a certified olive oil sommelier. I have been running the Oleoteca at Yale since its inception three years ago. I currently teach a clinical trials graduate level course and my research portfolio includes projects to assess the impact of olive tree products on human and planetary health.

I am a Legacy Circle member of the Massaro Community Farm, the immediate past president of the Association of Yale Alumni in Public Health, affiliated with the Yale Hellenic Studies Program, and a faculty fellow at Yale's Saybrook College.
